Friendship is Card Games: Trixie and the Razzle-Dazzle Ruse

We return to the pony novels this week, and hopefully a better showing from the titular mare. Last time we saw Trixie in one of these, G. M. Berrow was channeling the fandom circa 2011 and making her and Gilda the designated antagonists of the piece. Let’s see what she’s up to this time.

Friendship is Card Games: Kenbucky Roller Derby #2 & #3

We return to the cutthroat world of G5 roller derby, where Sunny’s trying her darndest to prove she’s more than just a casual skater… and has assembled one of the most ragtag teams of misfits this side of the Mighty Ducks in the process. Let’s see how the story’s developed from there.

    Swan Song

No, not mine. The Barcast's. The last call is currently under way, and if you want to hear my part in the grand interview lightning round, you can tune in at 4:20 Eastern/1:20 Pacific (about an hour from this posting.)

Yes, 4:20 on 4/20. No, I do not partake. Sorry to disappoint. :derpytongue2:

    Pest List

Just something I whipped together for fun one day, set to a possibly recognizable tune, all intended in good fun. And hey, given that I derived my Fimfic handle from a misremembered detail of the Mikado, it's only appropriate. :derpytongue2:

Friendship is Card Games: d20 Pony, Ch. 9, Pt. 1

Goodness, it’s been almost two years since I last checked in on Trailblazer’s adventures. IDW putting out comics almost as quickly as I could review them will do that, especially given all of the G5 video media coming out concurrently.

Firstly, there's one week left for Imposing Sovereigns IV.

Secondly, Ponyville Ciderfest was this past weekend, and I was happy to contribute a few shorts. See, this year's Ciderfest had a story-writing theme. So much so that in the overarching story of the con, one of the mascots unleashed the Book of All Stories on the convention and sucked the attendees into a book that contained not just Equestria but all possible Equestrias, with the potential to determine which actually happened by finding its pages and rewriting them.

Convention attendees could find codes scattered across the convention, enter them into the appropriate app, and choose endings that could support Heroes (who wanted to return everything to the way it was,) the Villains (who wanted their stories told... and, incidentally, conquer Equestria,) and Team Chaos (who wanted to use the opportunity to make things even better than before... and also more fun. Team Chaos won, which probably says something about the con-goers. :derpytongue2:)

With the convention concluded, I've posted my contributions to Dueling Keyboards, along with all of their possible endings.

Oh wow, that sounds like that was a lot of fun! Man, I wish I could have gone to Ciderfest this year... My husband and I are going to buy early bird tickets as soon as they are available for next year.

Siiiiigh, I wish I could have written something for Imposing Sovereigns. I learned about it really late, and even then the only idea I had any fuel for was clearly going to go over the length limit. I'll still probably write the story, just don't feel the need to rush.

Aw, Ciderfest sounds fun! I really need to make it to another con.

It feels really weird that I completely finished my Imposing Sovereigns entry more than a week early before deadline. That's what comes of a detailed outline and second draft being so fun you put in 2k word days everyday but it's still weird. By my normal pace I should be in the middle of the third act.

That sounds awesome! :pinkiehappy:

I think it's important to point out that Team Chaos was actually Team C.H.A.O.S.

Good luck! This was only my second year there, but I had a great time again and am already looking forward to next year's! :)

Ah, so that means you guys are responsible for all the stupid stuff the show got up to in its latter seasons! Glad to know who to blame for that. :pinkiehappy:
