So, an idea has been bubbling in the back of my head for a while. As the title suggests, I'd like to do a few chapters of Thomas shrinking to be as tall as a pony's finger is long. Basically, it'd just be an excuse to put the littler guy into a bunch of comical, lewd, and comically lewd situations. If you're reading this, you probably have a dirty enough mind to guess what those situations might be. However, just like vore, I get that this fetish might make people a little squeamish. So, here's my question. Should I do a brief shrinking arc in the primary HPGN story, or should I throw it into Horse People: Bonus? Are you guys cool with macro/micro, giantess, and all related categories that would most likely turn up in such a story, or is this fetish too niche? Also, I won't give any spoiler details, but this part of the story is getting a little emotionally heavy. If the shrinking is canon, it could offer some needed levity as everyone escapes their fears through kinky bonding. If it's not canon and only in Bonus, there would be no reference to the heavy stuff, and it'd just be pure fun and sex.

I say it could work as a humorous way to let lose with the heavy stuff currently in play right now but it seems like it is just more of the same thing with the fact that he is already the smallest one there. If anything it might be interesting to see Thomas grow to the size of an alicorn so he can have a bit more weight to throw around in the bedroom, especially considering that when Luna first went to his dream she should great interest in Thomas being human and as tall as her when he was a spartan, either way you story I will probably read it regardless.
If you made it canon, perhaps consider the mental side, as it could raise or lower Thomas self esteem.
hmmm, while I don’t mind reading this stuff, You should consider how this might affect Thomas in the long run; will this experience make him more confident, or will it break him? As we know, he’s already having some insecurities in his small size compared to others, and shrinking him may just add insult to injury, even when he’s starting to get more confident in himself. Then again, I have a soft spot for Thomas, so maybe everything will work out for them and nothing too bad is gonna happen.
Now, if you really wanna write this, then go ahead, don’t let any negative or toxic comments deter you from what you’ve planned, at the end of the day, this is your story, and we’re only the audience. I’m pretty sure you can make this an interesting situation for Thomas, and an enjoyable read for us.
In my opinion (which may or not may be correct) the shrinking (if it happens in canon) should be completely by accident then have the kinky stuff happen before returning to normal size, again this is only my opinion and is as such, subject to being completely ignored.

I agree with this. Have him be taller than Luna and stronger than regular. You could even make the pony gender roles reversed to the human standard. Like, have a ministry arc where one of the herd mates is kidnapped, and Thomas saves the day as a man would. The ponies could gain a new appreciation for Thomas's plight after a moment of being helpless.
I think it would be an interesting mini arc of Mini Thomas, I wouldnt mind it being more of the slice of life side and not lewdness, maybe keeping the harder lewd scenes to the Bonus side of things. Seeing how he'd react to relying on others more and them trying to help him in turn.
That could be hilarious and frightening all at the same time.
Him having to scramble around to avoid getting crushed under-hoof by the guards who are frantically searching for him. Dust bunnies and fuzz balls that are mere minor nuisances to someone of normal size become obstacles. Short flights of stairs suddenly become mountain-sized plateaus to climb. If his clothes also don't shrink, he'd have to steal small scraps of cloth and doll clothes or run around naked. When it comes to sexy times, he'd have to wear scuba gear or risk drowning. He'd have to use toothpicks and those little decorative plastic swords that are put in sandwiches as a means to defend himself from certain insects.
Keeping warm would also be a real challenge, as temperature drops that would normally be uncomfortable for someone full sized could be deadly to someone an inch high. Simple precipitation and spilled drinks could be deadly floods that can sweep him away.
On the plus side, mares could place him their cleavage to keep him warm and I don't think he'd complain about being between giant titties.

Okay, I guess it wasn't clear, but the shrinking would only be temporary. That's why I called it a short arc. It'd only last about a week or so, so the long-term impact shouldn't be too extreme.

Okay, I like how you thought this out. Thomas venturing on his own probably won't happen, and the temperature thing has already been addressed with something that'll be brought up just before the shrinking. With that said, it sounds like everyone is onboard with this being canon.

Sorry, I’m aware that’s it’s only temporary, but I’m talking about what Thomas’ mental state will be after he’s done with his situation; if his experience was traumatizing, it could still affect his sanity in the future, or at the very least, will need some time to reorient himself again. Of course, I hope this doesn’t happen, but it’s still something to consider.
