What are some things to do with a tiny person? I've already done some carrying in breasts, some very mild exploration, and a bit of butt squishing, but what else is there? I get this might not be everyone's kink, but I'm still open to ideas, preferably with lots of details.
Also, to a lesser extent, I'd previously taken a vote, and you guys didn't care for vore, but I want to try again. What about some mouth play without swallowing?
No offense, but we need context on the mouth part. Otherwise it sound vore. And as for the tiny thing? Yeah it’s not my kink, but I’ll say this. There’s a HUGE risk with having a ‘tiny’ person. Sure it may seem fun, but unless you have a way to breathe while having pressure on you? You’ll die. And it also depend on how ‘small’ the person is, because the person could accidentally break bones of the small person if they apply pressure. Even gentle pressure, and no. Not something I am into, but I'm sure I can think of some ideas or remember some things I have seen done with it. Particularly with protective magic like you mention in another comment.
So, in the order I think of them:

Thanks, and no worries. Sex scenes are already pretty sporadic, but vore definitely won't be a focus. This is mostly a slight diversion as the medical stuff progresses.

Okay, well one of the many mouth things would using the tiny to dip into things like different puddings, or frosting and lick it off them. If the tiny was bigger some foods you could using them as silverware for. Mostly spoon stuff but a soft cake you could sort of see them as a form. Where their arms or legs are used to peirce the cake.

So, simulating a utensil as an extension of food-play, or playing with them in a dollhouse. The former is definitely doable, and I've already dropped hints of the latter, so that might be worth featuring. However, I feel that using clothes as you describe wouldn't necessarily occur to ponies, as they are generally nudists. Also, there's a context for why restraining Thomas like that would be inappropriate. Thanks for the ideas, though.
