Everyone always says that life is your most precious gift. But what if you're life really was a gift? What if the only reason your alive is because the love of your life traded her life for your's? This is the question that Fluttershy now faces, as Rainbow Dash lies broken and unmoving. All Fluttershy ever wanted was to tell Rainbow Dash that she loved her, but now because of her Rainbow Dash is in a coma barely clinging to her life. This is a story of harsh twists and turns, of hope and fear, and the decisions that make us who we are, and determine who we're going to be.

It's been twelve years since the fall of Princess Celestia. A lot has changed since. With Discord ruling no day goes by with a smile and anarchy reigns. Yet from the dark, hope shines bright. These are the Tails of a Drifter. A man who only wishing to forget his past, is thrust in to save the future. Finding himself a target of Discord and the Elements of Disharmony, he has no choice but to confront the Lord of Chaos. But without Order can there really be Chaos?

Steam Gear thought the worst was over once he graduated from high school. Little did he know in order to be an engineer he had to go back to school. Not just any school though, he had to attend the notorious Equestria Academy. There is never a normal day when your headmaster is Princess Celestia herself. With the notorious Vinyl Scratch as a roommate. The prestigious Octavia constantly looking over his shoulder, and Spitfire as his Engineering partner. There will never be a dull day.

It has been four long years since the mane 6 have gone their separate ways. Upon being summoned for an audience with Princess Celestia, Spitfire is called upon to gather the Bearer's of the Elements of Harmony to battle a coming evil and rescue Princess Luna from a grim fate. But will the very things that tore them apart keep them from heading the call once more?

This Story is a Side section of my main story Darkness Surrounding. It follows the three friends Vinyl Scratch, Octavia and Steam Gear in their misadventures at Canterlot University. At first they think it will be a smooth ride of parties and boring classes. But when word gets out about Steam Gears inventive skills a sect of Ponies determined to bring the Canterlot University to it's knees starts on a path to turn the school against them. It seemed as though everything would be fine until a experiment goes wrong sending the three into uncharted territory. Now it's a fight against time to unravel the mystery's behind the secret cult The Nightmares, and rescue not only themselves but all of Canterlot.

Waking up in Twilight's house Lloyd a young mage has found himself in Equestria. But the land that is at the moment so peaceful will soon face a threat unlike any other. After finding allies with Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, and Silver Stream the Wolf another human trapped in Equestria. They head out to Canterlot to investigate the disappearance of Princess Luna. Teaming up With Vinyl Scratch, Octavia and Steam Gear. They hop an airship to search the southern border for signs of Luna disappearance. They soon find themselves the spark that ignites a war as they are hurdled into a race against time to save all of Equestria and possibly their way back home.
