Rarity invites a now older Spike over to help her with a closet. A little close slip up in the closet leaves Rarity unable to focus on her magic. Spike realizes this, he's been around Rarity for years and has developed an eye for details.

Rarity confesses her feeling about Spike who's older now to Twilight. Twilight sends Spike over that night to Carousel Boutique knowing how Spike feels about Rarity. All-day Rarity has been wondering what Twilight might have told Spike. Nightfall comes and two hearts meet.

AUTHORS NOTE: I love writing these heartfelt Sparity stories. I'm genuinely hooked on them.

Rarity receives a unique visitor on Hearts and Hooves Day. Her name is Rose Bloom, a unique earth pony with a special kind of magic that can bring two hearts together on this most magical day. A now older Spike feels the pull to go to Rarity, yet he can't explain it. Rarity finds herself opening up to him, could it be the magic of Rose Bloom?

Spike has a little fun with Rarity. Twilight asked a now older Spike to take a letter for Rarity at her Boutique. However, Spike catches Rarity talking to herself. The quill in his claw gives him an idea to get a confession out of her. Yet, Rarity has her own confession to get from Spike.

Rarity is having a bit of a teleportation issue. It could have something to do with Spike being older now and catching her eye. Or it could be due to the Fire Heart Ruby she's been wearing as of late. Rarity gets some help in understanding why.

Rarity can't believe it. An actual day off. Since she'd been wearing Spike's Fire Heart Ruby he'd given her years ago, the business had picked up. Ponies liked seeing the ruby and Rarity wearing it. Luck would have it a now older Spike drops by to take her on a little flight over Ponnyville to confess what's on his heart. He knows she's been wearing the ruby. However, Rarity turns the tables on Spike.

Princess Twilight thinks Rarity and Spike are playing a prank on her, but she already knows what day it is. Rarity has a surprise for the now older Spike as well seeing as they've been together for a while now.

From upstairs a little filly descends the steps determined to stop a late-night argument between Rarity and Spike. The little filly has one question to ask Rarity and Spike. The question sends them down memory lane.

AUTHORS NOTE: I had to write a sappy romance between Rarity and Spike. I don't remember why they were even arguing when the idea hit me to include the little filly. The drawing was done by me.

Rika asked to be told her favorite story. She's so much like her father and loves hearing stories. Rarity doesn't mind it's one of her favorite stories also.

In the story what could one little kiss between Rarity and Spike hurt?

The drawing is mine, I showed it off at work and customers knew who it was!! I had them cracking up. Some agreed that a kiss wouldn't hurt between Spike and Rarity.

An adult Spike is up late at night pacing. His dreams are driving him nuts and Twilight knows why. Rarity gave Twilight an idea that will help Spike. So when Spike starts another night of pacing Twilight teleports Spike to Rarity.
