As the title says, I'm strugling with a bit of writers block at the moment.
I started work on the next chapters some time ago, but for a couple of days now the ideas just refuse to come out, and it's driving me up the freakin wall.

Now this might be a bit of a stupid question, but does anyone have any tips or ideas that might help get rid of it? Because at this point I'm open to pretty much any suggestion.

The problem with writing about ponies is that all of them are so likeable. ( with the exception of that one mare who shall not be mentioned. )

I saw a 40K fic in the feature box this morning, which set my brain a ranting.

I may not like GW ( the entire company can burn to the ground for all I care ) but I still love the 40K mythos/fluff. But that's also what makes me frown at all these 40K / Pony crossover fics. Especially if they involve any of the Space Marine Legions.

Ugh its been hot and humid all freaking week. It's completely killing my abillity to write. Tomorrow its going to get even hotter I wasn't made for this weather damnit!

Not sure how I feel about this episode.

That whole confrontation in the end could have been handled better. Sure it's nice to see Spike sing, but it feels shoehorned in. And everyponies reaction is another example of heel face turn changes in attitude that plague the series as a whole. I think it would have been better if Thorax actually did something nice or heroic to prove he's a good guy. Perhaps with spikes help. I would have enjoyed that more than random song because feelings.
