Had a 15 minute muscle cramp that had me also shivering. Was terrified I had a blood clot.

Day...I don’t even remember...of my self imposed diet.

I’m okay just thought I would leave this statement of what I would do right this very second if I could:

I would this very moment, make a batch of Vanilla chip cookies, and eat the entire bowl raw.

Damn the consequences.

2 weeks into Carnivore Diet.

Feeling...okay. Down 12 lbs, modestly.

I do miss being able to eat more freely and Soda. But overall alright.

Had Keto flu hard on Friday, slept for 12 hours and my headache was still there.

If that’s the worst of it, I’d say I can make it another week.
