You find yourself as Pinkie's special birthday present, but she likes a good game before any actual play time. Enjoy running through distractions from the residences of Ponyville as you track down your target, but will you win in the end?
This just does what few other stories do- Give you a neutral ending. Sure, this is "Bad" ending, but I've seen worse bad endings. Trust me, this is tame.
This is neutral, because it lets you decide how the moral compass weighs.
Okay, this isn't deserving of being titled 'Bad'. Bad implies a negative outcome. This would be "Bad" for PINKIE, but for the Protagonist? Definitely not. This would be the means of teaching Pinkie a lesson if you truly sought to do so. In the story's case, it was because you couldn't forgive her for what she did. Broken Spirits are not those which are meant to find solace in each other's company through acts of sex!
If this chapter ended with the Protagonist becoming upset and saying "I ruined my chance at Equestria!" before HANGING themselves, then yes, bad ending. If this chapter ended with a confrontation in which you AT LEAST threw the basket into the trash... it still wouldn't be a bad ending! Even if Pinkie reappeared from a portal, saw the 'gift' having been thrown out, sniffled, and you opened the front door uncaringly before hearing her say "I'm sorry...", at which point you close the door behind you, leaving her alone, then yes, it would BARELY qualify as a "Bad" ending.
Why? Simple: The bad for Equestria doesn't imply any sort of possible recovery from this situation. This? Plenty of recovery in the future, even enough for a SERIES spin-off!
... I almost want to DEMAND it to be retitled into "Birthday for One" or "Unhappy Birthday" or something... This was a stellar example of, well, as Mistershield said, a "Neutral Ending"! No clop isn't bad, I mean, we helped Rainbow AND Fluttershy with those choices... but Pinkie?
She didn't deserve a present, at least, I don't think so.
... If you get forced back home in the other endings, then this could literally be given minimal edits, and be an "Official Final Ending" to the story, in which you either do, or don't, do something with Pinkie, then cut to being forced to leave Equestria, not knowing if you'd be back, but the final moments being proof enough that you might get to return.
I'm only one of the two people you need to apologize to. How do you think Spike felt, being neglected while the rest of his friends had a great time? Sometimes I wonder if he's your friend at all. What would it take for you to treat him like the ponies? Does he have to acquire an Element, save the world with you? I accept your apology, but until that devoted little guy is as close to you as the girls, I won't be able to see you in a good light.
I love this ending.
Am I cruel? No.

... But yeah, that's my take on the ending.
How is this a BAD ending? Change this to a Neutral one, please.
