Thanks for the chapter! Interesting… Normally I am a bit against time skips/ history arcs/ unreliable narrations. But in this case it really fits! Have a good day!
11276136 Discord is Malal, who was a 5th Chaos God in early editions of Warhammer. His titles include "The Outcast God", "The Lost God", and "The Renegade God".
Which is honestly a very fitting way to include that lore into this story.
11279870 a little bit of yes, but also no. the gods in essence do have the potential for those positive aspects, but in the end they're all very two-dimensional in their nature. they had been corrupted by the warp just as much as they in turn continue to poison it and regardless of what brighter sides they have, they're too deep in their pits to claw their way back out. what I'm doing here is not only giving them a chance to choose what they wish to be, but also a mind that allows them to choose more than just two options. Tzeentch is a god of knowledge, deception and ingenuity, but to get what he wants he needs to say the right things to make his planned future the correct one, and they won't always be honest. the Tzeentch here is not allowing his sight to be blinded by past or future, but only by the present, where everything is moving, changing, but also staying the same. Nurgle is... well he's rot, despair, life, and growth, the one of the Warp is accepting of how the material world will decay if left untouched and believes all should accept that truth. the Nurgle here understands that while flesh is temporary, the soul is eternal, and it does not deserve to be trapped, whether in the warp or within what is in essence a living corpse, all may die and decay, but because of the potential of the warp, it may also return. Khorne... in all honesty he seems drunk on his own bloodlust, considering most of the daemons he spawns are maniacal beasts that just as easily kill their own as they would the enemy. the Khorne of this story is going to be a bit more tight-fisted in his discipline, he won't need blood or skulls, because a warrior does not have to desire spilling blood in order to be powerful... and the greatest motivator for a knight is not what is in front of him, but what is behind. and finally Slaanesh, pleasure and lust (of all forms) and above all... excess, the one piece of this god that causes all the problems. this Incarnation will always allow love, joy, and pleasure in all things, but excess is a cruel fault that escalates, so soon pleasure becomes harder to attain, joy requires more sacrifice, and love is lost as you soon lose who you truly are, and she will not allow that, so she will grow into a new ideal in reach: moderation.
I'm probably not the best guy to talk to about lore, but this is the ideals I want from these characters and I hope my readers are happy with this concept.
You know reading this has opened venues of possibilities that could occur. Celestia is wanting to stop the forces of chaos and seems to be willing to go to great distances to achieve this (if what she has done to her own sister is any indicator). Another could use this entire ordeal to gain influence and power. Coaxing others to worship the chaos gods but to great extremes creating what the four are trying to avoid from their predecessors which is fanaticism. Then debasing Celestia as incapable of stopping this increase of demon worship which has turned to new levels of atrocities, they take actions against said worship to appear as heroes. A faction based on lies itself so to speak. Of course, there are loopholes and problems with the idea that came to mind when decided to dabble this train of thought. I am starting to get into the Warhammer series and lore (if only a little) and the way it presents itself is exciting and gets my imagination going for a hot minute. I am excited to see what becomes our favorite four in this story. So please do not stop.
Okay, so Nurgle fucked up and they've got Celesperor on their tails.
Wonder what's gonna happen next.
Yes new chapter a pretty funny went to
What happened to Shaker and Silk? Also poor Citric becoming a tree, Celestia is gonna have plenty of support after this.
A bit confused over Discord, but I’m guessing that will be explained in the next chapter. So far, still fun.
Thanks for the chapter!

The first screw up, was, as ultra high level gods, was trying to make a glass of orange juice.
Just ask Sweetie Belle how that goes.
