Since the dawn of ponykind, ponies have looked up at the sky, wondering what may lie beyond the distant stars. They had hoped for riches and knowledge beyond comprehension. Instead, they had found humanity, or rather, humanity had found them.

Hunh
As I find usual for these stories, the author has made Princess Celestia a fucking menace that needs prompt death by torture. That about sums up my opinion on the entirety of the planet: Activate Scorched Earth Protocol.
Not the best quality story, but very interesting to read! Xd
Bring on the awesome!!!

They were already being decimated, so morale was low. Since they had a strong bond, they couldn't risk losing one of their own.

It is my first story after all, but I'm really glad you like it!

Scorched Earth? I can do better than that!

I was half-referring to a video where a planet is destroyed wholesale by the single use a weapon from above orbit. Because FUCK EQUUS!

Do you have a link to the video? For research purposes!

Will this do? I know how important research is!

Warhammer 40K? Nice. But Exterminatus is a bit indiscriminite, don't you think? I have something in mind, which is still orbital, but a bit more precise...

Fair enough. Personally, I just like to watch planets die, so you do you.
For now though... static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/11117/111176815/5621480-2046637886-dwchf.jpg
God, I hate Celestia right now.
Um, no. What should be happening is that Marines grabbing that hopeless idiot and pumping an entire room of horses with lead.
Ooor, we could threaten to destroy your city and side with the Changelings. No way in Hell should we help them and then start a negotiation. What kind of retarded deal is that?
This chapter doesn’t do a good job of making me sympathize with the ponies. Rather, I feel that the only reason there would be any peace would be fear of the firepower the bugs are going to be made examples of. And the only reason Celestia won’t be able to lie to her people about the situation will be because she will be powerless from stopping us from spreading the word of the situation to prevent misunderstandings. Otherwise I feel very strongly that she would lie to demonize the humans as much as possible.
But I also feel it’s based on fear of what we represent: independence from her. That with technology her little ponies would grow up and no longer need her.
Bitch please, all you did was piss him off and frighten him. And it’s not even fear of you. He’s not remotely close to broken. And that fear was about to become a deep fury.
It’s a shame there probably won’t be punishment for her and you’ll probably treat this like she was just taking care of her people or trying to avenge them or whatever. Writers do that a lot. I’m pretty sure most fanfic writers wearing rose-tinted glasses don’t realize how psychotic they seem.
At least when I do it, it’s for fun.
