I know she's not quite right in the head, but her arguments are not invalid. So, I'm not sure how to feel.

What the hell are you talking about? 'They have no souls or rights' is a completely invalid argument. So is judging a species, not a race, but a species, by the actions of a few. Also, if I remember correctly, the humans volunteered to be on the front lines of the Battle.
4977629 No, not those crazy extreme parts that are there to show she has gone of the deep end.
The "humans are getting the short end of the stick, being controlled, not being respected, and getting second class citizen treatment" part.
Looks like another case of Mad God syndrome. Aka Sombra. Or, Divine Child. It is my right that I exist that everything I demand is mine, and everyone who denies me deserves everything I decide they get.
Thats why kids hate parents, cos parents are lucky if they get told by parents why they cant, except for the usual, thats not fair.
First rule of the universe. It Doesnt Care What You Think. Just be glad it doesnt, becaue it has an awful amount of ways to kill you off slowly and messily, such as nearby supernovae, Gamma Ray Burst, or Core Injestion emmisions.
Sure the Ponies are screwing up, they are social animals, and Americans have been deep programed over decades to fear the Reds. And everyone else because the rich get richer, love to follow the American way. Then again, I prefer vending machine coffee over a Stabucks. I was brought up in a priviledged poor family, we go to eat animal feed instead of starving. High agrarian, low tech civilisations are very limited in how much variation they can handle, which is why they work together or die. Then theres the charismatic psycopaths. Follow me to riches, but they wont mention what happens when you reach the end of the world.
EDIT.
Redacted a paragraph through excessive description relative to story, of child soldiers.
TL:DR Everyone is someones dog.
It's not yet clear how much autonomy NHV has, when it comes to settling legal matters, but they're probably going to have to turn Full Crazy over to Equestria's proper court system, after this. That could turn into a huge mess.
Twilight's explanation of the Equestrian legal system:
Humans who are already distrustful of ponies would probably flip their shit over seeing another human tried and convicted by three strange ponies, alone, because there are no human magistrates, yet. Or worse, one of the princesses. Celestia has done everything to earn the humans' distrust. Luna had their trust, and threw it away. Pink and Purple are pretty much unknown to the humans.
Not to mention all the complications involved in imprisoning someone who can turn any pebble sized object into a deadly projectile.
I forgot all about the pony jusice system and how dumb it is to have pony judges for human crimes. Ponies wouldn't understand human criminal psychology or any human psychology for that matter, making them vastly unqualified to be a humans judge.
Whenever someone starts to say things like 'they' and 'us', associating a few with a faceless 'them', that's when you know something's wrong...
Glasgow smile... Ouch.
Strange - was Solid Stone's name not Hard Stone a chapter ago?
6580537 And earlier in this chapter too. I'll have to fix it when I get home.
This was Mike's plan and the fault rests with him. What the Lieutenant did wrong was not disarming her the moment she became unstable. As for the fight itself, the police (can never remember the name) used too little force and one of them almost died because of it. I am not talking about using lethal force, she should have been brought down hard and fast once the fight started.
As to Tamika's arguments, they are all invalid. The ponies have no obligation whatsoever to help the humans. They can leave and are not held prisoner. The ponies have given them Everything that they have. That is kind and generous, about the complete polar opposite of what Tamika's arguments are.

I agree, they didn't act quickly enough with enough force.
That's why most often in the real world, one guy approaches, the other comes up unseen from behind.
You can't face and attack in two directions at once.

That also part of the point he was trying to make hate just makes more hate until people are willing to let it go.
