I swear, it is like the forums don't exist or something.

But stuff happened. Not necessarily good stuff, either. It's been one of those days. Right now, I am sort of in recovery mode after a trying day. I was comatose for a few hours, miserable, sweating, freezing, burning up, and shivering. Now I am just of here, in zombie mode, wishing that I was dead.

But I'll get better. I might still out a chapter later tonight, past the witching hour, but I doubt my editor will be up that late, so I don't know.

In the recent chapter of Venenum Iocus, I left several glaring errors that I have just now been fixing. I was distracted during my writing, and trying to maintain at least half a dozen or more conversations that I was too polite to turn away from. Because of this, the chapter suffered. Badly.

And for this, I need to apologise. Over a dozen corrections have been made, proper names, etc, etc, etc.

I shall go and kick my own ass now.

The story is about to make a major shift as we near the end. The current chapter, Inner Earth Pony Molestation, was the beginning of the end. With the coming chapters, they not only explore Equestria's past, but they also learn about Equestria's future. A very, very big bad is going to be revealed. Many secrets will be revealed, including the true nature of Helianthus. A lot is going to happen.

Blinking, he found himself in a different place. Fluffy clouds were both beneath him and above him. There appeared to be stars in the clouds, glowing motes of light that twinkled. There was no pain, no ache, no feeling of overwhelming hunger. In the distance, there was a bright glowing orb that looked an awful lot like the sun. Tarnished Teapot stats, not in the usual Fallout SPECIAL, but another game system, CLASSIC. Coordination, luck, awareness, strength, speed, Intelligence, and charisma. Min value is one, max value is ten, with three being the average score for the common individual.

C - 5. Known pronker and has mountain goat like stability.
L - 5. This changes, due to Tarnish's talent. Can either be a one or a ten.
A - 4. Somewhat above average, but not exceptional.

Will be great and powerful. I've been waiting for this one for a while. There is about to be something of a major reveal for the Weed-Verse. A big time reveal, which will connect to the much bigger reveal that will happen later in this story. There won't be much in the way of answers, but there will be plenty of questions.

Venunum Iocus should get an update. I've been busy in the background. The past few Chase chapters have taken up a lot of my time due to extensive rewrites, other stories are being given a critical eye, MFD keeps getting trashed and rewritten as I try to find the right tone for a drunk Alfredo, and there is something big coming.
