Tarnished Teapot stats, not in the usual Fallout SPECIAL, but another game system, CLASSIC. Coordination, luck, awareness, strength, speed, Intelligence, and charisma. Min value is one, max value is ten, with three being the average score for the common individual.
C - 5. Known pronker and has mountain goat like stability.
L - 5. This changes, due to Tarnish's talent. Can either be a one or a ten.
A - 4. Somewhat above average, but not exceptional.
S - 4. Again, he's stronger than some, but he's not exceptional.
S - 7. Known runner, can outrun a jackalope. If you want to eat him, you have to catch him. Those long legs make him fast, even by pony standards.
I - 4. Somewhat above average, but he's quick to catch on.
C - 8. Charming, witty, this is Tarnish's best asset.
Eh, I have no idea what Maud's stats might be, but it is fun to think about.
S 10?

I... 6-9? She's smarter than Tarnished but not a supergenius, right?
C ... 0? She's got a special something to her personality, but by all normal measures of charisma she fails. She's a case where strictly using stats doesn't really apply. She's shown to be a friendly and personable person who fails utterly at displaying any of it.
I forget what the first C stands for, but if it's toughness it is also maxed out.
Edit: and I poorly read the top where you say all the things about the system. That's a failure for me.
I wonder if Tarnish will ever find the D10 (or Dwhatever) that controls his luck stat.

C-5 knows where all the points to break a rock are, my guess is it carries over.
L-3 she makes her own luck.
A-5 very good, not perfect though.
S-8 punched through a damn boulder and has to restrain self less they hurt others with a simple hug.
S-8 Outran an erupting Volcano.
I-6 she is a smart one.
C-2 most are kinda off-put by her.
