First of all, I'm really very, very sorry this is all taking so long. I can only say that my editor has been very ill; he had bronchitis, and as soon as he started getting over it his roomie got pneumonia. And I've been dealing with the aftereffects of a car accident from a few weeks back; broke three of my teeth and I had to find out if the insurance would cover it. Good news is that we're nearing the climax of the first arc in Ballad of the Dawn! I'm excited to show the new revelations that this new chapter has.

Bad news... my writing sucks in Chapter 10, so it may be another complete rewrite. Given that I have to introduce a plethora of new characters and at the same time expand more on the antagonist, the chapter is in surplus of 10k words itself. This will be a doozy, but I hope to release this chapter within the next four weeks.

First of all, the rough draft of the sequel to My Little Balladeer, titled Realms Undreamed Of, is finally and actually done. It will be a little while to get everything edited properly, but it IS coming. For real, this time.

Yeah, sorry. it's hit some temporary snags due to my editor getting hit with a bad dose of the flu that's passing around. I am very sorry about that. I will have to ask him if I can post the first few chapters that have been edited just so you folks get some of what's been promised.

I can say that the rough draft is completely written down, it just needs some editing. But some chapters are done, though my editor dislikes posting a story when it isn't 100% complete.

I read a copy of WORSE THINGS WAITING many years ago, the original Carcosa Press edition, and it was magnificent. The illustrations by forgotten artist Lee Brown Coye are also wonderful. Believe me, if you enjoy my Silver John stories here, you will want a copy as badly as I do.

It's unapologetic filler, but I just needed to give Trixie a little bit of a break after what's happened.
