Ah, it feels so good to have that old creative spark back. When I said that Chapter 6 inspired me, I meant it. So now that the Misty Saga is over, I’m planning a fresh wave of standalone stories. Most of these will probably be one-shots, but a couple might be lengthy narratives. It really depends. With writing for Izzy Moonbow: Beyond The Multiverse of Randomness not slated to begin until mid January, I have some time on my hooves to really dig in and expose the fresh mountain of gold
Not even a couple of hours after I woke up this morning and I’m Not A Princess! has already surpassed 600 views. Holy moly. I am absolutely blown away by this. I haven’t seen this sort of runaway success since Worthless came out last year and took the site by storm. Looks like it won’t be long before the story becomes a smash hit and I…better start thinking of a sequel idea to capitalize on it next month or something, now that I think about it. Wow, November is shaping up to be my most productive month ever. Four stories in 30 days, well what do you know? This also marks my first genuinely introspective little-to-no-dialogue story since I’m Looking Out For You and I’m quite proud of how things have basically come full circle. The story is called What Makes A Leader? and is about Violet Frost grappling with her new leadership responsibilities through internal monologue.
We’re finally into December, everypony, the last month of 2023! Obviously, I’ll be working my flank off in order to get the final word in the battle for opinions when it comes to G5 out once school ends, but I also can’t forget my duties here as an author. So I’m proud to reveal all the stories I have planned for this month. That’s right, everypony, I’ve just finished writing and editing the second chapter of Redeemed 5 minutes ago at the time of me writing this blog post!
