Chess is a strategic board game played with two players. Each player has sixteen pieces of varying powers, including a king, queen, knights, rooks, bishops, and pawns. The object of the game is to checkmate the other player's king. This can be done by capturing the king or blocking all possible moves for the king so that it cannot avoid capture in the next turn cycle.
I have to admit, a lot of ideas I have for further Hands adventures after "The Cutie Remark" are mainly Shepherd reacting to stupid ideas.
Twilight: "Okay everypony: We are going to start... A Friendship School!"
Shepherd: "Okay... How big will this school be?"
Twilight: "A full on friendship academy! As many students as we can have!"
Shepherd: "Okay... And you'll be teaching, er, Friendship?"
So for those of you who have read or are currently in the process of reading Arcane Academy, many know that I touch up very little on each character's back story and past. I had an idea to clear up each character backstory by providing memoirs in a retelling of everyone's past in the form of journal entries. This idea only just recently came to me and will not be guaranteed, but it is something that fans of Arcane Academy might be able to look forward to in the future. Let me know what you guys

So, on the suggestion of a friend, I went and read the first seven issues of Gotham Academy.
And while it wasn't awful, it didn't particularly engage me. Due to spoilers, I'm using the page break function. If you don't want spoilers, don't continue reading.
My specialty seems to sit firmly in the middle of the M rating, but I want to give this my best shot. It seems nobody else has, and the original artist has moved to twitter to draw kobold commissions. And that's okay! My sona is a dragonpony, why would I have a problem with kobolds?
