I suppose there's something to be said about this update coming out during Mothers' Day.
But yeah, here we are! Got another chapter of this fic out despite medical school grabbing me by the legs and essentially trying to hold me back. Was fun, doing six weeks' worth of work in five days.

Got a new chapter straight out this week! And the delay wasn't more than two months long this time! 
When you're at your lowest point and you think all is pointless and you decide that you want to opt out, you tell yourself this time is the time that you're going to pull the trigger for real, end it all. But you don't.
You think that because when you don't pull the trigger after convincing yourself you would makes you a coward? It doesn't. It shows that you're still in control.
I'll be honest, this story has been particularly difficult to crack. I wrote a massive first draft that I ended up deleting almost all of and now I'm not really liking how the second draft turned out either.
I'm sorry for the people following me waiting for updates on that story, but it looks like it will be a while before I return to it. I need some time to figure out what I want to do with the concept.
