I think part of my problem is a change in diet recently. My body is extremely sensitive to chemicals; Salt and caffeine makes me pass out, sugar makes me depressed, certain kinds of tea gives me moodswings, etc.

Hi, y'all. I'm sick and sleep deprived. And how do I feel? Absolutely awful. These rather jerky body movements aren't helping none either. I'm just gunna drink some tea () and sleep for another four hours (). See y'all later.

So a combination of lots of work and being sick for two weeks (these past two weeks, I'm finally over it now) has led to a slowdown of my usual output. I'm going to be taking next week off from posting Guidelines because I need a breather. All of you who have been with me for a while know I do this only very rarely, which is why I've ended up cranking out so many stories in the past year and change, but I beg your understanding as I take a small vacation.

Jewel has been ill for a few days now and I have just caught what he had. Normally this would not be a problem but I am not normal. CFS means I'm basically sick all the time, and when I get true sick it is what the doctors refer to as "double sick" (that is the technical term). The upside is that the chronic pain generally disappears like magic when my immune system gets even more serious than normal, but the fatigue is worse and that really knocks me for a loop.

For the past week and a half, my mind has not been very focused on notes. This is because I was freaking out over a contest that I claimed to have entered, that I was repeatedly failing to provide a story for.

'Yesterday,' as in, the time before I woke up 'today,' the story in question had about four thousand words.

Today, after twelve hours, the story is published with a more-or-less fully edited twelve thousand words.
