So a long time ago (About a year I think) I said I was working on a story well the story I just published is that story and I promise that it will make a bit of sense than my last stories and be better written seeing as how I have had a bit more writing knowledge.
Full musing here.
So, I got curious the other day and started digging through site history on here. Why? Well, I can look at stats here on a yearly basis (but not lifetime, for some odd reason) and started wondering about each year’s most popular Being a Better Writerposts. What, I wondered, was the most popular (read: one with the most views) to date?

I know I've been harping on this too much, but do you think I should revise, rewrite, or even delete all my work, especially the ones that are related to Odium and even the ones that are more well-received? I just need to know the answer of what I should do to make it better, so can somebody give me that? And whatever it is, I'll do it.
I waited until I'd gotten around to watch the final episodes before thinking about this Yearly Blog Post™ of mine. Then I wrote something in a Google Doc, and never got around to fleshing it out, nor posting. Oh well.
In case that you haven't watched the finale, don’t worry; this blog contains no spoilers, just a vague opinion of mine.
So, this really has been a ride now, hasn't it?
Some people say the show ended after season 2, others season 3, others season whatever.
After a good night's sleep, which was a welcome relief, expect an update today.
And I'm feeling a lot better about life in general right now.
Which is good.
Just went to urgent care. I probably have bronchitis. At least my sore throat and the pressure in my right ear are gone.
Anyway, I'm feeling a bit better, and I made some good edits to the newest Assassinverse chapter, which will be published soon if I'm lucky. And yes, new updates are coming soon, just bear with me.
Thanks for sticking with me, guys.

Welcome back, readers, to a Monday post that’s actually on a Monday! BaBW is back to its proper day once more! So, to commemorate the occasion, what’s today’s writing topic?
Puzzle pieces.
I can see the curious, questioning looks even from here in the past, so let me explain a little further.
Welcome back to another Being a Better Writer post! I've got a lot to do today (tax season) so I'm diving right into this one as quickly as possible. Today's topic comes from the request post I made several months ago (which I've been slowly digging through ever since), but it's a topic that I've heard brought up before in writing panels as well as in other places. And it's a good question, one every author will either probably consider or run afoul of in the course of their

Hey hey! I'm almost back to full health, and it's been far too long since a Classic Being a Better Writer post went up on the site!
New? Unsure what those words meant? Let me clarify! Being a Better Writer is a writing feature that's been running for almost four years now, posting every Monday. These posts cover a wide, vast assortment of topics, from subplots to mystery to dialogue, all with the goal of helping writers young and old improve their craft.

I apologize for the lateness of this post. Despite not having work at my part-time due to a knee injury yesterday, this post ended up so long (my longest yet) that it wasn’t done in time to post.
As you might have noticed if you're one of those who waits on the morning of, today's post is a little late. My apologies. I wasn't quite as quick to arise this morning because I was catching up on sleep. And I was doing that because the injury I gave myself on Saturday didn't let me sleep that well that same night. Turns out, cracked ribs can be quite the pain. Who knew, aside from those with cracked ribs.
Don't forget, Unusual Events is out!

Well, this should be a short one. That, or today we'll be learning from the mentality of "Those who don't, teach."
The prequel to Breaking Bad is back with a long-awaited second season!
Today's post is going to be a shorter one, as I still have more near-final proofreading to get done by tomorrow on Unusual Events, and I need to get to work on that to make sure I reach the January 19th upload date (after which you'll be able to pre-order it, huzzah!).
