I unfriended around 140 people in my friends list. I don't want to be affiliated with people who are mutual friends with someone who used to be my best friend but backstabbed me by fatshaming the hell out of me relentlessly, to the point of gossiping his friends about my weight. The fact that this happened before graduating from high school 10 years ago is one of the most hurtful experiences I've ever had. First, the major news, I have deleted my Facebook account. I have done this for several reasons, but mostly because it has always been more trouble than it's worth. I will most likely start another account that is more tailored toward my projects and writing. But I will no longer have a personal Facebook account.
