I've actually read the first few chapters on your story 'To Friend Is Human' and I have to say that the beginning was cliche but I can't judge, I've haven't even continue the rest as of yet. I'll get back to it once I finish the 165 unread chapters and the 318 "read laters".

Man, I've read so many fics where the human dies and somehow gets teleported onto Equestria without some kind of explanation. But in your case, your protagonist was mortally wounded so I guess that's a little different. I did however read stories similar to those kinds of scenario but they're the minority.
