Or the one that Fluttershy gave to the bear in Lesson Zero.
I haven't, but I have seen how painful they might be despite how helpful they are. I should remind myself to never get one due to how painful they might be. Sorry for being rude, though.
Never got anything better. If it was a bone need to be reset, a nerve unclenched or my entire Spine worked over. I can only recommend it. Unless one is injured, it is pure relaxation.
Remember the neck snaping in action movies? They do it to correct spine missalignment after heavy lifting and other things.
I recommend is done every 5-10 years one even without problems.
Worth a kingdom in benefits.
Fun fact: My mother buy me a full medical massage onces just to see how it looks like and if it really helps.
Result? I think i know how heaven feels like plus absolutly priceless in retrospect, when my mother gasp when my neck audiable cracked like in a action movie. Doctor ask me if everything was fine and after he confirmed i was fine he did it again in the opposent direction unexpected and my mother exclaimed
"O my god!" Until i spoke up: "Wow... That was unexpected... And fun!"
In short: Absolutely recommendations and bring someone because the neck audiable reset is absolutly priceless
I've suffered from scoliosis for many long years, and believe me...visiting a chiropractor is absolutely worthwhile. They help your spine and any part of your backside be realigned, and despite it only being temporary, it feels really great.
I've never experienced one before, but I've heard of the benefits of it.
On a side note, I binge-watched all the episodes of Amphibia seasons 1 and 2 this week. It was worth it.
No. I’ve studied enough about chiropractic to stick to actual medicine.
