Changeling Theory - Chapter 10 is on the way · 8:07am Apr 25th, 2022
This chapter has been slow to come out because I've been experiencing burnout at work, and it's been affecting my whole creative process. A few days ago I said, "Fuck it."
I'm happy to say that I've hit a new creative stride. Not only is the chapter complete, but I wrote 7,000 words the other day. I've been writing a consistent number daily and hope to see my productivity rise. Maybe I will release another story soon, I don't know???
Whatever the case, I hope to keep this up since I plan on opening for commissions soon.
As for whatever I have left to say about the chapter, is that it's very exposition-heavy, but I'm happy enough with the creative decisions I made to say that I wouldn't consider it "boring." You'll see it for yourself. Although, it's for this reason that the chapter is much shorter than I expected it to be. There was supposed to be an extra scene, but now it's going to be in the next chapter.
Anyways, I'm gonna write more before I go to sleep. Laterz
