G1 looks most badass
I'd say G4 for Grogar's initial form, and G1 for a sort of "Full Power"/Mega Evolution form powered by the Bewitching Bell.

G1, looks more evil.
Honestly, I think G1 with some accents from G4.
G1's, will always be the best Grogar. This new one is to laughable and never intimidating.
