My Family Needs Your Help

I don't know what else to do.

My family has been trapped in this hotbox all summer with no help from management. They finally installed a new unit several weeks ago, but now the same problems are returning and the heat inside is rising once more. We need to leave, but we need a little money to help us along.

I know Fall is coming, but if we sign a new lease with this place then I'm terrified of having to go through all this again.

I hate having to ask, but I truly need your help.
