Alright, so I eliminated Celestia, Starswirl, Zagreus, Sombra, and Cozy right off the bat since they're pretty much done and done already, and half of them aren't even villains (in Sombra's case, not anymore).

I have no idea how you're going to change S9, or if Grogar's going to be real this time and not just Discord pretending to be him, so I didn't want to vote him. Plus it would be too generic to end on a one-time villain.

I didn't want to vote Tirek because he just doesn't seem like "final villain" material to me. He's smart, sneaky, and powerful, but all he really boils down to is a bully with daddy issues. Meh.

I voted Chrysalis because unlike the rest of the Legion of Doom, who were fighting over power, she just straight-up wanted to kill everyone and everything and rule over whatever remained. She's the exact antithesis of everything the ponies stand for, is one of the most recurring villains, is powerful, has an actual brain, is adept at manipulating others to her advantage, and is the only villain to outright defy Celestia, Luna, and Discord even as she was being turned to stone. With her last breath she was lunging at them to kill them, while the other two were just cringing or waiting for the end. Even in her final moments she would never. Give. Up.

Chrysalis it is. The timeline has already changed, let's give her one final chance to truly shine and provide one final challenge.

I chose Grogar because he was the original emperor of the ponies who unleashed nightmare creatures upon those who opposed him before Gusty snatched his bell and he's been spending an untold amount of time planning his vengeance.

I voted for Grogar. Like, the actual, all-powerful legend from the shadow realm, Grogar and not... whatever Hasbro did with Discord pulling a sneaky one. And Chry... erm, Memphis Tennessee as a second choice (I can not pronounce her name, the bug queen witch)

I actually voted Zagreus.

If Stardust is ascending to become King to Twilight’s princess, then Discord would want to also release one more villain that can specifically give Stardust the test Discord thinks he needs. Plus, SOMEONE needs to replace Sombra in the original lineup.
