Blog on Updates #6 (The One Where I Start To Number Them) · 4:03am Mar 29th, 2021
Hello,
Will start posting updates for ALL stories on Saturdays. No point, I feel, in having different update days, and Saturday works best as I can edit and upload at any point in the day. From Monday - Friday and Sunday, I have other real life engagements that prevent such freedom.
That being said, Sunny Starscout and the Mystery of Magic is coming tomorrow for sure (but later as I won't have any free time from 8:00 tomorrow morning until probably 8:30 at night). The Storm's Challenge and Butterflies and Balloons is hit or miss. Should definitely have new chapters by Tuesday. I apologize for having nothing new last Saturday. I need to stick to the writing schedule I had previously set! Having story updates for three different stories every week is not easy (on top of regular work on new one-shots), but I owe everyone more!
Here is hoping that for this upcoming Saturday, I can have a new chapter for each!
Also I've put some work into the Iron Will clop / comedy. Not much, but I've given it some thought. I will make sure it's lengthy enough to be truly enjoyable, given the subject matter. The last story I released, His Greatest Mistake, did not do well, which I understand now as it was too short and rushed for what it was trying to say.
I am not sure yet what I want the next one-shot after the Iron Will one to be.
Okay, that's it.
EDIT: Oh, and I changed the rating for Sunny Starscout and the Mystery of Magic from E to T as the subject matter already is, and will continue to be, sometimes beyond what would be discussed in the FIM show (and what we can predict G5 will go into, such as death and violence, albeit this story will NOT be graphic).
