Quarantine Birthday Two: the Sickening · 8:17am Mar 22nd, 2021
Heya, Folks!
Given my current state you'd think I wouldn't be starting this off with an exclamation point. But it's my birthday, so fuggit.
So yeah, second birthday during Quarantine. Hoorah. And even though I have previously stepped out of my apartment to see my (mostly) immediate family (mother, brother, sister-in-law and newborn nephew, and occasionally my aunt), I'm sick with something that I'd rather not risk passing along to them, so I'm holing myself up again and we're going to have a Zoom birthday celebration. I'm supposed to be on a bland diet, so no cake/ice cream/whatever. Nothing sweet to put a candle in.
