Like I said, I'm still planning some things out but I have been thinking of adding Zecora.

Starlight and Sunset should be in the harem they both treat Spike well.

I say add Celestia, Luna, Gleaming Shield, Cadence, Zecora, Fleur, Ember, Smolder and Tempest Shadow. I’d also consider the alter egos of Celestia and Luna: Daybreaker and Nightmare Moon.

Good choices but i wouldn't recommend going over like five or six girls as it can feel cluttered past that point.
