Ive recently come up with an idea, for anon to be able to raise his strength: Ponies are durable and strong, not only because of muscle strenth, but also because their bodies are surounded by a magical aura, that raises their defense, and is supported internally, by magic, kinda like hydraulics, that boosts their strength. However most ponies, that dont study magic are not aware of this. This is also what allows pegasi to walk on clouds, and earth ponies to passively boost the growth of plants.
human biology however is naturally unable to generate and process magical energy. However since gold is a great magical conductor, and not poisonous, consuming small amounts of gold dust, can grant anon the ability to host small amounts of magic in his body.
And by using intense focus, he can use that magic to slightly increase his stats, even if its not by much, in oder to be of any use, he has to focus all of his power on a single body part. so if he focuses all of his power in his arm, he could defeat a non-athletic foal like sweetie belle in armwrestling (if she doesnt use her dominant hand, and doesnt know how to focus her internal magic herself).
However due to human anatomy, getting a boner causes all of his magic to focus there instead of his arm or whatever, and cumming completely expells all the magic he took weeks to build up in one go, which drops his power to 0, but increases the power of ponies, coming in contact with his jizz.
So basically the key to surviving in amazonian pony land is to not cum at all. Granted in this version of equestria, ponies dont know what sex is, as they reproduce magically, but the bad news is, that they all have giant boobs and butts, and are completely oblivious on what effect that has on a human.

ponies are already plenty strong, but the problem is that, hes so fragile, that a simple hug almost crushes him, and a pat on the back smacks him into the floor, like in your story "strenth training", (but doesnt automatically kill him, as even ponies have limits, although really high ones, when compared to humans)
I imagine anon being frustrated being unable to do anything by himself, and being scared, even by the ponies sometimes.
They are more than willing to keep him safe, as hes just so adorable, but anon doesnt want to spend the rest of his life as a pet.
