New Story: Forbidden Places! · 9:13pm Jan 31st, 2021
Hey everyone, just wanted to drop a line and make sure people knew about my newest story, Forbidden Places!
Forbidden Places is the story of a group of Urban Explorers. After venturing deep into the Catacombs beneath Paris, they get hopelessly lost like so many before them. But while on the edge of desperation, they discover a way out, a way that leads to another world. Their only hope to see their home (and their humanity) again is to journey across Equestria to discover another Worldgate, one that doesn't lead to certain death on the other side.
In terms of the more procedural stuff, the story has two slots, which means it will update fast compared to what I normally write, particularly in this first month where it has to catch up to Patreon. I've mentioned it a few times, but it's also the first time I've ever tried to write using so many viewpoints: all four of the characters on that cover are perspective characters, who will get equal weight as the story moves forward. Some may get a few more chapters than other in an individual month, but I'm keeping tally and I will balance accounts. I want every project to teach me something, and for this one the principle I'm studying is Characterization. I feel like I've already learned a lot writing these first two months worth, and I know it's only going to get faster.

Erm just asking but if they end up in safety with equestria wouldn’t they just gather supplies and a way to mark there path and a way back to the portal and look for a way out of the catacombs or do they fall though it facing certain death
