Got a little stuck on one project, so I've put it on the back-burner for a little bit as I turn my attention towards a DIFFERENT project. Which ... may putter out and be terrible after 30-40,000 words or so. Or maybe I'll actually finish this one! Maybe? Biggest advantage I have on "project B" is a more defined Antagonist to, uh, antagonize the main characters. As Project A, while fun in little chunks, just wasn't coming together structurally. Though I may just go back to that one and start over once I get to the 'augh this is terrible' point of Project B. Hm.

The push is to lower the voting age to 16. This girl is 13. No one's expecting human-kaiju marriage to be a major issue in 2024.
I can't guarantee it won't be, going by how this year's gone, but no one's expecting it.
