If you were looking at the shirts I sell...

... they're about to go away. My shirt printer is retiring, and I have no replacement.

After May 5 I'm going to take down the online order links on my little business's online store, and after this summer I'll clear out of whatever shirts I have left.

So if you'd noticed any of these before, now's effectively the last chance.

Not back to KSP yet, but I did do some space stuff.

I haven't touched KSP since my early experience with KSP2 was a combination of glitchy game and impossible-to-read UI. I've been thinking about it here and there, but I've had other things to do.

But that doesn't mean I'm not doing space stuff, and yesterday I finally edited and posted a video of such.

    My muse is nagging me.

I've done very little writing the past five months, partly due to being busy, but mostly due to recurring headaches when it's writing time.

I have a couple weeks off, and I'm going to try to make time to get back on my projects (the Octavia story and novelizing Peter is the Wolf). But my mind... well... it's trying to jump ahead, or possibly back.

    Life imitates art...

So, a privately built and operated space probe became the first US lander to soft-land on the Moon last week- Odysseus.

Game streaming August... · 10:03pm Aug 3rd, 2020

Tonight, beginning at 7 PM Central, I've decided to wrap up Kerbal Space Program Hard Mode- at least this playthrough. Just going to bring the Duna mission home so I can put together a video of the odyssey.

There are two reasons for this. The first one is the August Patreon vote got ONE vote- and it was for FTL. So for August I'll be working my way up through unlocking all the FTL Advanced Ed stuff on a new machine, beginning with Easy mode and then advancing.

The second reason is... I got in the new video card today, got the big streaming compy working again (it was broken because one of the RAM cards wasn't quite seated), and found out that... the brand new card... which was recommended by a viewer specifically to be an upgrade compatible with the old CPU and motherboard... had HALF the performance of the previous one.

So, it's getting returned to Amazon, and I'm going to have a rethink about whether this machine is even upgradable.

Also thinking about getting Minecraft, because I think I'm the only person in America who hasn't played it yet.

And also now thinking very seriously about doing the occasional fic reading- I've been wanting to try it for some time now, and I have the fic picked out- but I'll need to replace my condenser mike for that. Based on the recording I got for my booth advertisement, the one I have is blown out.

But anyway, to see the return of the Duna mission (and the Eve landing I didn't finish Saturday night), 7 PM tonight:

Also, progress is being made on the penultimate chapter of CSP. I'll try to have it out by the end of this month.

As cool as readings of 99 Worlds stuff would be, I think starting on a 4.4m-word saga is a bit ambitious for just getting into fic readings. :derpytongue2:

Fair enough maybe wait on that a bit....
