So, I've just recently learned that this Year of the Dragon will be the focus of the "Wood Dragon!" Not to mention Keanu Reeve's year. Yeah! Amazing! Keanu Reeve's a dragon too!
But I've recently learned that while the Year of the Dragon cycle happens every 12 years, a particular element is observed every 60 years!
A malevolent cloud demon sorcerer who intends to block out the sun in order to grow strong and to spread disharmony by means of dark clouds. His evil henchmen are the cloud gremlins.

An ancient evil sorceress whom Princess Celestia had defeated thousands of years ago. Now she's return to exact her vengeance upon Equestria.

A crazy pig who is obsessed with her reflection and was out to turn the whole world into her looking glass, even living creatures into crystal statues, just so she can look at herself wherever she goes. She intends to kidnap ponies to shave their manes in order to repair her worn out cape, which supplies her magic powers.

He’s MLP version of Darkwing Duck’s Liquidator, Disney’s Ursula, Spider-Man’s Doc Ock, and Joe from Help! I’m a Fish!

The Flories are vampiric plant-like monsters that suck the life out from the earth and other plants in order to get stronger. MLP versions of Darkwing Duck’s Bushroot.

A gluttonous anthropomorphic queen bee who feeds on honey in order to reproduce, like normal bees. Her entire swarms were exiled to a frozen tundra, where there’s barely any flowers. The bugbear is their predator.

Equestria's newest bad guy and the Mysterious Mare-Do-Well's greatest enemy.

Again, other possibilities:
Grogar (the real one): You can think of the details, but the important thing is that he works from the shadows and is recruiting pretty much every non-reformed villain in Equestria to help him out, so he basically serves as a mix of "F.O.W.L. High Command" and "Taurus Bulba"
Gladmane: An outwardly charming, but inwardly downright nasty and devious former casino owner with a taste for the finer things in life. Has a major grudge against Applejack, Fluttershy AND the Flim-Flam Brothers. One of Grogar's chief recruiters (Grogar is paying him more for working for him than he could make on his own in twenty years). Essentially the "Steelbeak" of the story (closer to the 1991 version of Steelbeak than the version from the DuckTales reboot)
Of course, I can completely understand if you don't like the ideas.
A new antagonist huh? I can understand why you want to keep the details surrounding them as much a secret as our protagonist.
Whomever this villain is, a good antagonist shares some form of connection to the hero despite taking an opposite route. That they were to both have some common goals, but it's the decisions this villain make that drove him/her to a more darker destiny. And if this villain is aiming to be more threatening than the following antagonists we see, it's important that the impact is so huge that readers will be talking about it for weeks, maybe months.

Either the sixth villain would be Grogar or Blueblood. Those are just my guesses.
