I Just Noticed a Pretty Big Animation Error · 4:13pm Mar 20th, 2020
In Season 9 Episode 25, "The Ending of the End Part II".
Go to the 18 minute mark. https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x7mlupm
When Twilight gives her big speech about there always being threats to Equestria but friendship always being there to conquer those threats, she's surrounded by three groups of six: her closest friends, the Pillars, and the Student Six. But at 18:13, in the middle of Twilight's speech, Ocellus is... completely gone. Only to reappear 15 seconds later. I'm hardly the first person to notice this, but it seems like a pretty glaring omission.
She's hiding behind Yona. Chrysalis embarrasses her.
Yeah, I noticed that, too.
I was just like "What the what?! Where the heck is Ocellus?!?"
And the sad thing?
Given that DHX is no longer part of the MLP production thing, it'll never be fixed, either.
UNLESS Allspark decides to at some point.
But I don't see that happening, either, sadly enough.
5224500 They generally don't fix errors in released episodes for any animated series unless it's really bad, or they're dinking with Derpy's voice to try not to be criticized. Thank God George Lucas wasn't in charge of MLP. (although that would make an interesting story)
She changed into invisible.
5224510 Well, this is true.
Although I remember watching the original (and best) Biker Mice From Mars series back in the early 90s, and there were a couple of times that I spotted animation errors in various episodes.
One was that when two of the titular Biker Mice, Throttle and Vinnie were riding beside each other talking, with Vinnie to Throttle's immediate right.
The ERROR was that Vinnie was show riding to Throttle's left, and it weirdly looked like their bodies were intermingled.
But the NEXT time the ep aired, they (Marvel Productions, Brentwood Television Funnies and Worldwide Sports & Entertainment, inc.), it had been fixed so the boys were in the right positions relative to each other and the way their heads were turned.

Wait, DHX isn't involved with mlp anymore?
Too shy to show up for the end of the world.
5224768 No.
Their involvement with the show ended when they finished all the episodes.
It'll be Hasbro and Allspark for any future MLP series/movies.
