How? Everything's still so speculative and vague, not even this guy had any real answers. Clarifications, maybe, but I'm not willing to leave massive fines to chance. :/

Clarification of some things is nice, but hearing from an actual lawyer "this law is vague and confusing and was intended to be" is actually kinda encouraging. He details many ways COPPA is flawed and could be challenged on other legal grounds, and if it's going to start to be enforced more strictly, those challenges are going to happen and better laws will come out of it.
