    What is YOUR Definition...

    People often yak at me

    "Try better yourself"

    "Grow up"

    "Improve"

They say all that, but they don't provide actual definitions or explanations of what they mean by all that. It's like I'm supposed to guess what they want.

The same thing follows with fiction, when people whine and complain.

    "This sucks"

    "Write them In character"

Twilight Sparkle Improving Lives? (Friendship is Failure)

    People sure love to complain...

She always tries her best to get through to those with friendship problems and help them improve their lives, no matter how much they reject and act hostile towards her.

She gets disrespected a lot because she wants to help people, even though she's a princess who's saved Equestria on multiple occasions.

What will it Change? (Trying means Nothing!)

In relation to my previous blog, https://www.fimfiction.net/blog/1035717/i-have-to-or-you-just-want-me-to which relates to "Are you doing it for ME or YOURSELF?"

People still get up my back saying I need to "Get Help" "Change my groove" or, and the most often said "Fix your writing-- make it better/different"

I HAVE to, or you just WANT me to?

People often go about saying... "You HAVE to move on." "You HAVE to let go." "You HAVE to Improve" "You HAVE to this" "You HAVE to that."

But here's the real deal to consider. Do I really HAVE to, or do you just WANT me to? That's the ideal.

Dark Prognosticus & Light Prognosticus (Friendship is Failure) · 4:33pm Nov 9th, 2019

The Dark Prognosticus and The Light Prognosticus were two prophetic spell tomes, features in "THE END OF ENDS" Each housing a power and force so deadly that they nearly brought all of existence to an end!

DESCRIPTION IN THE MLP VERSION

Both tomes originated in Pre-Equestria, created by Shimmer Lock the Golden in attempt to put an end to the Light and Dark War, both were enhanced by absorbing all the power of the warring ones, and then were accidentally jettisoned through dimensions, becoming even stronger than ever.

Both books are written in Ancient Equestrian Text, which no one, even in modern days could translate even with magic. The text would only be revealed to those who were chosen to be bestowed with the great powers locked within each tome. Once chosen, the wielders gain access to the secrets and prophecies hidden within the text, which becomes plain to read as if it were written in English to their eyes. The wielders also are bestowed with great powers to master and use.

Those who unlock the powers of either book will not only have their already special or natural abilities greatly enhanced, but said users are bestowed the abilities of Light or Darkness, depending on which book is used.

Those who have no connection with either tome cannot hope to conquer those who are connected (Even the great Thanos, Darksied, even Discord... all don't have a chance)

Both tomes are virtually indestructible, and cannot so much as even be scratched by conventional needs. (even throwing them into the sun would have no effect-- the don't even get singed) The only way to actually destroy either tome is to kill it's current user.

The Dark Prognosticus itself is more sentient than it's other counter-book. It is able to sense darkness and negativity, and magically teleport to the one it seeks. (It cannot be contained) It was also able to defend itself when the monks of Azarath attempted to seal it off so that no one could use it, leading to the fact that "Only someone with extreme hatred" could use it.

THE END OF ENDS (MLP VERSION)

3000 years ago, in Pre-Equestrian times, a great pony wizard and prognosticator, Shimmerlock The Golden, forged the two tomes in attempt to end the war of the Tribes of Light and Darkness, by sapping all their powers into the books themselves.

Draken, an evil Dragon of the Tribe of Darkness, did not wish the war to end and still wished for the Darkness to rule over all, attacked Shimmerlock and managed to steal The Dark Prognosticus, and engaged in a fierce battle with the wizard and the Light Prognosticus.

The power of the two books was so great, in a final clash, the spirits of the two were inadvertently sealed away within the pages of their respectively held book, and the two tomes were lost in a dimensional warp.

THE DARK PROGNOSTICUS

The Dark Prognosticus landed in the possession of the Demon Lord, Trigon, and due to his evil nature the dark powers began to awaken, which he then enhanced with his own malicious magic. the power of the book became so devastating, so evil, so strong, that even Trigon himself was unable to control or contain it.

After Trigon was sealed away, the monks and wizards of Azarath discovered the book and realized how dangerously powerful it was, yet unable they were to destroy the book, nor scratch it. So they did the next best thing that they could try, and combined their spells to seal the book with a magical lock so that it's magic could never be released, unaware that the book was sentient, and began to fight back against the forces. In the end, the monks managed to seal the book except for one flaw-- that only someone with a heart shrouded in darkness, filled with absolute hatred would be able to access the magic within.

With the threat at least subdued, the book was carefully guarded over the generations. Eventually it was passed to Raven, the daughter of Trigon, to guard and keep safe from any potential that a person may unlock the seal.

Raven had kept the book safely locked away in her bedroom within Titan's Tower, after numerous failed attempts to destroy or even understand the book, and never revealed its existence to her friends.

As Beast Boy, a grieving and disgraced Teen Titan, began to experience endless amounts of hatred and misery from numerous hardships and tragedies in his life, the book began to resonate to his emotions and began to magically appear wherever he was, and Beast Boy was able to read the ancient text within the pages as though they were written in English.

The book was re-confiscated by Raven, who wrongfully assumed that Beast Boy sneaked into her room and took the book, leading to a real fallout between the Titans and Beast Boy, and further increase his already agonizing hatred.

Eventually Beast Boy's anger and misery overwhelmed him, sparking his peak level of undeniable hate and darkness. The book, while still locked in Raven's room, resonated again, and magically teleported to his side, dubbing him the perfect user to unlock the seal. Though Beast Boy had no wishes to take on the task, the choice was not his, but the book itself.

The book shot him dead, allowing him to be infused and enchanted with all the malicious powers, reviving him as the grief and remorseful filled villain, Count Logan.

The book has also created three other creatures (Kamica, Sir Elik, and Pyrus) to serve as henchmen to the count. The villains had also met up with a cyborg scientist, Dr. Nekard, who began to serve under the count's command... while secretly plotting treachery for his own evil agenda.

Logan ultimately decided to turn to the final prophecy within the book, that would end all worlds, as a way of ending his anguish and misery he felt from life itself, and as were the wishes of the prophecy itself.

Logan used the book's power to create The Void; a powerful black hole that would eventually engulf the entire multi-verse. A prophecy that Logan was no longer able to cease once being set in motion.

Logan and his minions began to destroy other worlds and kill other beings to harness their energy to accelerate the void's expansion, and kidnap Princess Celestia and Princess Luna to combine their powers of Light and Darkness to speed up the process.

Under the powers of the book, the evil ones were virtually invincible. Not even Thanos, Dark Sied, or even Discord were able to stand up to them and were easily destroyed.

THE LIGHT PROGNOSTICUS

Unlike The Dark Prognosticus, The Light Prognosticus had landed on The Planet Psyconia, home to a race of knowledgeable humanoid feline hybrids, and unlike it's dark counterpart, this book was not sealed with magic, but could only be unlocked by a decider who was pure in heart and knowledge.

When Count Logan and his minions began to cause havoc, Copione, The Psyconian Prince, unlocked the seal and began to study the ancient prophecies while mastering the magic bestowed upon him, and wishing to avenge the death of his parents who were struck down by Logan's forces.

Knowing he, alone, was no match against Logan's forces, Copinoe consulted the passages and found clues leading tot he discovery of the three Teams of Legend, to aid him in his quest to stop The Dark Prognosticus, which lead him to recruiting The Teen Titans, The Doom Patrol, and Twilight Sparkle and her band of survivors of the doomed Equestria.

After being acquainted and sworn into alliance, the two teams trained hard to master their new light powers to combat the growing darkness, only to discover within the passages of the prognosticus that their combined efforts would not be enough, and that a final member a "Chosen One" would be discovered to unlock the full and complete powers of the book, and be the one to subdue Logan.

Despite the warnings, with the fate of existence on the line, the teams used the protective powers of the Light Prognosticus to safely pass through the void into The Dark Dimension where Castle Logan was located.

THE BATTLE OF THE BOOKS

Once the heroes trek through Castle Logan, and rescue a comrade, Terra, and the two royal sisters, they brought before Count Logan, who reveals himself as an reincarnation of Beast Boy, and the two forces brawl hard in a mighty duel, with Logan seemingly unstoppable and knocking the heroes down so easily.

Just when all seemed lost, Terra, The chosen one, unlocks the full power of the Light Prognosticus, and matches Beast Boy in equal strength, managing to overpower him and his darkness, leaving him weak, frail and hopeless.

While hearing about Beast Boy's history, and contemplating whether or not to dispatch him, Beast Boy regains consciousness, and flees after setting the castle for Self-Destruct.

He later reappears on the desolated Earth, still weak but determined to finish the heroes forever, Dr. Nekard reveals himself, having earlier explained to the heroes of his planning treachery. Having now confiscated the Dark Prognosticus, and revealing himself to in fact be Draken, who revealed himself to be Draken, whom had escaped from his prison within the tome, but his body had not been restored. Using his makeshift body he fiegned loyalty to Beast Boy in attempt to steal back the book and his power, but knowing he could not beat Beast Boy himself, he had the heroes do all the work for him.

With the book now in his possession, Draken reclaimed his monsterous Dragon Form, bonding himself with the book becoming its new master and holder, but rather than destroying Beast Boy as initially planned, he used his new powers to transform him into a dragon demon himself, and control him to aid him into destroying the remains of the dying world and rebuild it in his image.

Just as all hope seemed lost for the heroes, the spirit of Shimmerlock The Golden emerged from his prison within the Light Prognosticus, after sensing the sincerity and hope for the heroes, and bestowed upon all of them the same ultimate power as Terra for the final bout!

Confronting Draken and Beast Boy in space, the team fought valiantly, and Terra was able to reach out to Beast Boy, freeing his mind from Draken's control, and with the aid of Beast Boys former three minions, Kamica, Elik and Pyrus, the minions held Draken down giving the heroes a good shot at the final blow, honorably sacrificing themselves.

Draken was destroyed, and with his downfall, The Dark Prognosticus was also destroyed. Thus, all worlds were restored back to how they once were, though ultimately costing Beast Boy his own life in a tearful farewell with his friends and loved ones, as he was no longer able to sustain himself without his power source.

With his duties completed, Shimmerlock thanked the heroes, bid them all farewell, and with his spirit now free, he moved on, vanquishing the powers within the heroes and leaving The Light Prognostics powerless, and its pages blank.

Thus ending the great battle of Light and Darkness.
