End to the Hiatus · 2:20am Nov 5th, 2019
Hello all,
Just wanted to drop this line. I've been hard at work writing for Kriegspiel between working and applying for new jobs, and it's all coming together! The hiatus will be officially over this Saturday; by then, I'll have made enough of a head start to comfortably stay ahead of the writing.
I'm a lot happier with this rewrite: it's got a lot more focus on the mystery, and the pacing is a lot smoother, I feel. Unfortunately, I had to cut Cadance and Shining Armor from the story, but this allows me to focus more on the actual main characters. Fret not, I am working on plans to include them into the Noireverse, but more properly this time. I hope that you enjoy the rewrite, and are looking forward to the finale of Kriegspiel in Cases 12 and 13!
