That's an Otyugh, from D&D. Surprisingly, this is not the otyugh-tagged Pinkie picture on Derpibooru. <.<
If someone can confirm that this is just a photoshop of official Sailor Moon art, as I saw suggested somewhere, I'll just delete it. :B

Regardless of if that Sailor Moon one is a photoshop, thank you for sharing it.
I would guess that's not official Sailor Moon art just because enough of the details are changed in ways I don't think anyone would bother to. Like maybe some of the face or body could have been copied? But I don't know of any characters that had ribbons on the wrists or where the top of the boots was cut at an angle like that.

The first one is posted in a different form here by Ari-Uzumaki-Elric, who apparently colored the lineart but didn't do the lineart. Derpibooru shows both Ari and solar-misae as artists, though there's no source and solar-misae seems to sign their art.
Knight!Pinkie is by izzyhorselover and is posted on Bronibooru.
Death Star!pony is by MeloDenesa. Kitkatyj's Twitter profile has part of the first panel as an avatar and cites MeloDenesa as the source. Though this image is not MeloDenesa's deviantArt, there is art of a similar pony here made for kitkatyj, and the OC is apparently named Kosmos.

According to that DA link, Irving-zero did the lineart. The two different versions on derpi make me think the second is miscredited and the first is just because Ari colored it. Irving's pony stuff is all gone, so we'll have to rest with that.
