Shining Armor made it through the iron doors just a hoofstep ahead of Baked Bean, and the two stallions promptly threw their weight against them, not stopping until the thick steel bar had dropped down into the braces.

"I can't believe you did that!" shouted Shining Armor as he grabbed a nearby chair and braced it up against the steel portal.

"Did what?" Bean managed to find a table and started pushing it in the direction of the closed doors. "All I did was make cupcakes! They're cake, in small doses!"

"And you flavored them with anise oil!" Another chair took flight in Shining Armor's magic and wedged itself behind the door. "Do you have any idea what that does to alicorns?"

"Oh, Shiny?" The voice filtering through the closed doors was soft, throaty, and very much Cadence. "Open the door, Sweetie. We were just having some fun with you."

"You were?" Shining Armor brushed some sweat off his brow. "Oh, that's a relie-- Wait a minute." He lowered his voice and whispered to Baked Bean. "How much anise oil did you put in those cupcakes?"

"About... two drops per cupcake, I think." Baked Bean pushed the table the rest of the way up against the door. "Fifty cupcakes, about so much per batch. Yeah, that's about it."

"Get more chairs," hissed Shining Armor. "All the chairs."

Bean says at first trying to be helpful before realizing that the rattling of the doors come to a complete halt before the sound of a magically charged horn can be heard through the doors. Realizing what was about to happen Shining Armor immediately began to remove the chairs from the doors but it was already too late.
