Into The Depths - Update Complete · 3:16am Nov 12th, 2012
Since I know some folks don't like to start stories until they are complete, here is a small notice. I just posted the last chapter to my latest story, Into The Depths.
Also, I enjoyed the Season 3 opening very much. The villain a little flatter than are usual fair, but still nice to have the ponies back.
Also also, apartment hunting is tiring.
Also also also, thank you to everyone who became my friend on the Gameloft live system. You have helped my Ponyville grow so wonderfully.
Finally, if you haven't, go see Wreck-It Ralph.
That is all.
really wants to sit down and read your work, has three other fics pulled up and reading atm
I'M GONNA WRECK IT!
(Also, Owl City is best non-pony artist. period. :3)
I WANT to see Wreck-it-Ralph, but for some reason it's delayed down here in Australia, damnit. I've heard it's very good.
At last! Very well then, I shall now proceed to read it promptly!
Good luck finding an apartment!
Is it just me, or is all of this Gak nonsense getting extremely old? Congratulations bronies, you've successfully created a meme that became old faster than the arrow to the knee.
Nice art... It's.. wow, I don't have words. "Nice" is not adequate.
May I ask who did such an awesome job?
Second (third?) the recommendation of Wreck-It Ralph. It's a great movie.
496396 Gak was old before the meme began.
Seriously, they began making the shiz back in the early 90s.
I got a bucket full of i in my garage.....
My sympathies if you're apartment hunting, I just finished myself.
Stinkbrain.
Skyfall is also excellent. It's Daniel Craig's best Bond yet, I think.
496447 I realize that it wasn't created recently, but I said that the meme is everywhere and is unnecessarily overused.
496468 Odd, personally I've only seen one pic and a handful of complaints about the meme....I must be out of touch....
496387 Pff, only three? Five is my absolute minimum. At the moment, I've been swapping from one chapter of Background Pony to Murky Number Seven, with a hint of Clockwork and Memoirs of a Reality Jumper. I've even been catching up on Of steam Gears and Wings. I just finished reading a chapter of Flying High, Falling Hard, and I've been debating whether or not I should reread Happily Ever After. Did I mention I've been working on my Spanish homework at the same time? Adios, amigos! Voy uds man~ana! (I wish I could type an 'ennyay' without needing to pull it from a word doc. )
496481 Yup; it's all over bronies' FB pages, on Youtube videos, deviantArt, etc. Such as these.
496489
i can only keep three stories organized at the most in my head though at a time. but afterwards, if i wanted to run through them again, I don't ever forget a detail which makes it really easy to move onto the next batch of fics
The ending was excellent, as was Wreck-It Ralph.
Skyfall was entertaining, but I'm not much of a Bond guy so I couldn't really say how it compares.
Haven't read the story, planning on doing so, same goes for Wreck-It Ralph. I disagree about Sombra being too flat, though. I mean, he was a regular (if rather powerful) unicorn who had been turned into an incorporeal substance and sealed away by himself for 1000 years. It seems reasonable enough to me to assume that his mind wasn't all there.
Thank you...seriously, why can't everybody do this? It makes things way easier.
496396 Finally, somebody who agrees with me on all this Gak nonsense... I was tired of it almost before I noticed it got big... I think though that once portalz gets tired of it everybody else will too, just my opinion
496558 Eeyup! 'When Can I See You Again'
Wreck-it Ralph is a good story... too bad he didn't go 'turbo' on some games I wanna see... (Street Fighter/Tekken/Metal Slug)
496559 Of course. When the internet brony troll finally tones down a bit... I sense this will all somehow keel over. However, that may be a while.
496501 lol, I can remember things really easily too. Don't ask me how, but fics and funny things online or on TV are easy for me to remember, I can remember a few funny things from TV shows I haven't watched in years.
I can reenact a scene from Gilligan's Island with near-scary accuracy.
496589 Gilligan's Island
it's pretty much the case with anything I read, watch, or play. So long as I don't put too much on my plate at one time
496593 lol I can still remember about half of a short speech that was given during a movie sequence in the game Dark Cloud.
"I'm the Fairy King, and this is how you play the game:
X to attack
O to lock on to enemies.
Triangle opens your menu.
Select lets you use the Georama menu, so you can rebuild your world. There are little floaty things called Atlas that you can only collect with the Atlimila. That means only Toan can pick the up; no one else."
It went on for a while for each, and I could actually go on for longer as well, I just find it funny that I still remember that, even though it was the very beginning of the game. It's the kind of game where multiple dungeon playthroughs are encouraged, if not outright necessary.
496466 It got $88 Million on opening weekend alone.
Since I've got about 200 stories on my "read it later" list, and 199 of them are incomplete with last chapter posted sometime around Season 1, yeah, I get leery about adding another one to my list that isn't tagged Complete. I have *some* sympathy for those authors, caught betwixt the Real Word and the tendency for a fic ending to sprint away from you as you type, (Like mine, sigh) but it makes me yearn for a "read it later" and a "Read it once it gets marked Complete" list
496640
now i want to play that again... got a ps2 i can borrow?
496648 Nope, sorry. My first one broke...
My second one I bought (without the cords) at a Goodwill for 3 dollars.
I failed so hard on it when I was like, six or so. You know the village in the desert? By the Sun and Moon Temple?
... I spent about five in-game days trying to figure out how the hell to get there, before finally turning around when standing in front of the temple, and going over that little hill.
I spent the least time in that village than any other.
Must go see Wreck-it-Ralph.... and must read this story.
Heck no! Go see Skyfall...
o.o Story idea, open to anyone to use, should they feel like it. Just .... y'know, if ya do, poke me and lemme know, cause I will SO want to read it...
...
Fighting is Magic is eventually released. Gets hella popular. Arcade version is released. Arcade version is purchased by Litwacky's Arcade from Wreck it Ralph...
I'm sure you all have ideas where to go from there. Profit. :D
Pen Stroke, you are by far the greatest author on this site. That may mean nothing coming from a nobody like me, but I just wanted to let you know that!
