I'd never heard of it, let alone tried it.
It appears to be herbal tea with 50% alcohol.
Another real-world food that I discovered thanks to mlp.
Chimichanga is another one - for years I thought that was a nonsense word made up by Pinkie Pie.

I've known about chimichangas before. They're pretty nice. It's usually some meat or filling wrapped up into a tortilla pocket and deep-fried.
The other one I've always liked were churros.
