Oh hello! · 12:46am Dec 17th, 2018
Um, wow. So like, I may have gone for a 'little' bit. Things really got away from me. Got a home, moved in with significant other, lost job, found new job, brokeup, moved to new home, you know, 'life stuff'. So today I just got a bit of inspiration to come back to this. I thought about resuming my fanfic I was writting, or maybe doing something totally new. I doubt anyone will see this or reply, but if anyone is still out there, shout at me. More of 'Fractured Ruminations'? I know for a fact I could write a lot more. But is anyone interested still?
I honestly don't remember too much about it, but if you're not feeling more inspired to write something else, and/or want to continue the story because it's dedicated, I'm up for more.
And hopefully things in the real world are starting to work out for you, too.
Well you still have me hoping for updates so that's a thing!

Its kind of funny. I've not written more stories with Victoria, but I have done a lot of role play and it has given me a LOT of insight and ideas. I'm at the point where I could continue the story, but it would be going a different direction. The Victoria I know now is much more mature and has gone through a lot. My goal would be to get her there from her current immature spoiled self. I'm not sure if it would make more sense to redirect the story or just start a new one. I also would probably set smaller goals for myself so i don't get overwhelmed.
All this kind of came about because I have been wanting to tell a story, and lately I have been working on getting better at art because I wanted to make a web comic kind of thing out of it. I looked back here and bam, I feel a bit more inspired. A written story is a bit quicker to do in short segments.

Thanks for sticking in there! I won't promise I won't let you down, but I'll try.

Well, if memory serves, she was in a bit of a sink or swim situation which called for a bit of rapid growing up. That said, she also had quite a long way to go. The things that make us grow and change are our experiences after all and most times it is not one core event but the culmination of many that shape someone into something new. I'm not sure you could really rush her maturity naturally so the events you would have to set up would have to be impactful and forcing her to think like a competent aristocrat/noble, least she become a sacrificial pawn.
For lack of a better way to put this, she'll need to fake it til she makes it and try not to fall apart on a regular basis.

Hmm. Those are some encouraging words. I can't promise Ill have this quickly, but I might have something in the future. But first I need to rethink how I'm going to do this. This story was actually somewhat relevant to the timeline a bit of the show and now, well, its waaaaaaaaaaaay too late for that, but its not far along enough that it couldn't be redirected. Looks like I have some brainstorming to do.
I would love to see your story update again.
I’ve honestly been checking this story at least once a week to see if there were any new updates. Will be looking forward to the continuing of the story and can’t wait to see where you decide to take it.
Fractured Ruminations was a very interesting premise when I first found it, and when I found out that it was 'dead' I was incredibly disappointed. If you're thinking of continuing it, then I'm definitely excited.
I am very much interested
