Lottie's pony form (newer drawings, im not the best at pony poses, her coloring is described in-story, has the same hair as human self)
(Older drawing with slightly different hairstyle but i think it still works, i tested what she'd look like with a cutie mark here)
And a slightly fuller body pic of Lottie, It's not shown well here but I'd describe her body type as slim upper body, with bigger hips and thighs, pear-shaped?
Just this but with boots
I like those pics and not sure if you meant your are bad at drawing her in different poses, but I like what I see here and have two or three favourite pics, the human one and I think the second and third are my favourite. (second and third from the first pile of pictures. I really liked the form and I like how blank she looks while Pinkie is blow of some of her pinkieness on her. I used a translator so i hope the word I used isn't making the sentence sound weird.

Not sure if I still try to learn anything of that after a while, but you could tell me how you learned to draw like that, when I wanted to start I didn'T really had the support since I always wanted to start with the right equipment and I guess no one really supported that skill, which is probably why I'm still somewhat at beginners level.
I wanted to write more but it's late and I don't have the patient to try to correct myself grammar wise.

the most important thing for art is that you just draw. All the time. Even when it's terrible, you keep drawing, and eventually you start to figure out where you are lacking and subtly improve things. Every artist will tell you to practice, and it sounds like a lazy answer but it's the truth.
And when I draw, I like to think that anything you can draw can be broken down into basic shapes, that's a good place to start.
A lot of people just starting out will try to buy the right art supplies or best drawing computer programs, but they're just tools. I've seen amazing art done with just normal ballpoint pens. I just always use mechanical pencils.
