S8E12 "Marks for Effort" Guess · 12:45am Jun 3rd, 2018
I have as yet seen no spoilers, nor does episode 12 hint directly at this, but Cozy Glow is just too Shirley Temple innocent, even for a young Equestrian filly. She makes Zipporwhill look like a jaded 40 year old mare by comparison.
I am registering my guess now.
Chrysalis, someling is laying on her Mask a bit TOO thick.
Next week I'll find out if I'm right.
Personally I always found it insane that every changeling abandoned Chrysalis on the spot. It was even more annoying and headache inducing than when they did it with Starlight.
That's right kids! A group that disagree with your world view is are all led astray by one leader, and one you prove that leader is not sincere about something... or you just provide them more food... they'll all change loyalties on the spot!
What I liked about one Green Lantern issue?
A green lantern who had a crush on a prisoner, saw a violet ring chose her, and concluded she must have great love for him! He releases her.. she kills him... she had great love... FOR HER CLAN... not him.
Do they really think their audience is too young to comprehend that bad can love and still be bad people? (Might be why Hitler's sisters, his dog Blondi, and his wife Eva Bronze are never mentioned by historians.)
If I recall from a certain animatic, Chrysalis takes the form of a long-haired adult mare and steals a lock of hair from each of the Mane 6. I'm fairly confident that Cozy Glow is not Chrysalis. Wouldn't Ocellus have noticed?

Some guy demonstrates the ability to produce 100% clean, no drawbacks electricity in useful quantities by hugging and admitting to feeling feelings.
How many people immediately cancel their power bills?
I don't particularly like the flip either, but if someone straight up broke thermodynamics, or the need for water, or the need for food...

They wouldn't be writers if they didn't assume that the viewers are morons. It's why we don't have Duke Blueblood (because the children watching have the IQ of Spackle) or the Changeling Civil War we'd get in real life.

Evidence points to the ability to tell their own kind apart from ponies to be either very rare, or only work upon a close inspection. Only Chrysalis managed to catch on to Thorax's disguise; all drones were always surprised by the reveal of either another Changeling, or not a Changeling when they expected one.
she's not Chrysalis but will definetly play a role in the finale
what did you think about Breakup Breakdown, though?
