EFNW Update · 10:33pm May 21st, 2018
Hi everybody!
Everfree Northwest has finally come to and end, and I am now waiting for my plane back home to LA. It was a lot of fun and very busy, which is why for those of you following TEK, that will be delayed until next week. I will, however, be writing a recap conblog sometime this week, which will be fun and interesting maybe.
I do, however, want to say that I participated in the Iron Author contest! It's yearly EFNW exclusive contest where you have two hours to write a full story and I DID IT! Somehow! It was a somewhat rushed story because of the time constraints, so I didn't get anything but a mention, but I'm going to work on expanding it during my flight and MAYBE post it this week.
Anyway, beyond that, the con was FUN! I have to get caught up on the backlog of messages and comments I've gotten because I have AVOIDED almost all social media and fimfic since last Thursday oops

Are you living in Seattle now?

I DID NOT SEE THAT TYPO oops I'm still living in LA, that was just a typo >.<
I saw two entries to that contest posted today and all I know is that if I had been there, I would have written a story called The Importance of Being Palpable Brooch (On Fire), about a pony named Palpable Brooch, who is currently on fire, and why this has come to pass. :V
Was a lot of fun meeting you, Mono! I am glad you had fun in my neck of the woods, and I hope I'll someday be able to attend a con in your neck of the woods ;3
And now back to my post-con fatigue!
I'm glad you had fun! Maybe one day I'll work up enough courage and coin to actually go to a 'Con...
But until then, like a helicopter parent, I shall live my life through you.
It was really awesome chatting with you and hanging out and talking shop. You're awesome!
It was also cool meeting Funk, who I don't think I had ever hung out with (or possibly met? Not sure if he was there in previous years) before.
I'm really interested in seeing what you do with a certain idea you had, because it is definitely an interesting idea. If you do end up doing something with that idea (AND YOU TOTALLY SHOULD) feel free to hit me up if you'd like another editor on it or something.
Thanks for the card! I really need to bring some sort of feelie to pass out next year, as you people are all so cool and memorable and stuff.
I'm glad you had fun. I hope to see you there next year!
Glad you had fun at the Con
It was really cool getting to meet you. Look forward to Iron Author next year, perhaps we will take 1st and 2nd ... me in first of course.
I got home at 9 A.M. this morning after traveling all night, and have spent the day going in and out of consciousness as a result, but I still had great fun being there, and it was such a treat to meet you!
Hi, Mono! Great to see you again, as always!
