To those of you waiting for story updates, things are going to be taking a little longer than typically usual. Why? I live in Florida and in a county that just received an evacuation order.
Along with the mad dash for resources that has already come with the panic the news crews are already instilling in people, our roads will be clogged. Having been and currently involved in a line of work where one needs to coordinate security concerns for the general public, I believe things will get extremely bad in Florida; specifically the South Florida region and the tropics.
So in short, I'll be gone for a few days and due to the possible damages I will be out of commission for a while.

Just because you survived a shot to the chest doesn't mean you'll survive another.
This thing is already Category 5. That's the highest rating. It's not the biggest storm I've seen, but that's just because it's more concentrated. Wherever it hits is getting wrecked. I'm not saying you should jump in your car right now, but you should be getting ready to leave for when you need to. If it ends up headed your way, leave before the traffic jam.

I agree. However, on the severity of the storm it is now the strongest hurricane in recorded history. Also, 90% of Barbuda is destroyed. x.x

Sorry for the delay, I've been slammed all day trying to get stuff ready to get out. In the event it starts moving your way, the land between us and you will weaken the storm, but still seek shelter if you do not have a strong place to stay. By Monday they believe it will be a Category 3 if it keeps track to you all in NC.
