Goodness, it’s been almost two years since I last checked in on Trailblazer’s adventures. IDW putting out comics almost as quickly as I could review them will do that, especially given all of the G5 video media coming out concurrently.
I have an interesting dilemma with an upcoming story, and thus I turn to the Fimfic public (or that portion of it that sees these blogs) for its wisdom.
Quick contest announcement: I've created a group. I've also put all of the currently published entries in their appropriate subfolders. This should make things a lot easier for everyone else, my fellow judges included, to see the stories as they come. Sorry I didn't do this earlier. 
Also, you all have about a week. Well, a week and fifteen hours by my watch.

Good. Much as I hate to admit it, I need to slow down or else I'm gonna crash and burn again. With that in mind, I intend to take at least a couple of days off the site to focus on my (slower) writing. Oh, and life in general: can't forget that!

Ooh, much obliged for both the group and the extension. I'd been trying to frantically hammer out concluding horsewords at the computer so far today after a otherwise-busy Saturday. This'll give me a lot more breathing/writing/editing space. All sorts of spaces, really.
Lovely! My story is going great. It's killing me not to write the sex scenes in it, thought tip-toeing around them probably does improve the story considerably. And also if I were to write them all out, I'd probably double the length of the story. Stupid sexy Floozie Celestia.

The new group is great. Seeing and reading other people's entries has been a surprisingly big motivation to get work done on my own. As someone who's mostly dabbled in the Writeoffs, I'm definitely enjoying it.
Maybe now I'll go finish up my draft's third paragraph. Maybe.
