Deadpool reviews: Logan · 2:09am Mar 10th, 2017
... I'm sad as f**k. Everything was there for a great Wolverine movie... and they did it! It's awesome! ... But, I'm sad now. Hugh Jackman, you started with the First X-Men, back when MrAquino was only 3 or 4 years old, and you ended with tears to a 20 year old virgin. Before I go into details, I must say this movie, like mines, is Rated R for a reason! We're not PG-13+ as most R movies are, no, we are HARD F***ING R!!! In Logan's case, the movie is as gory as it can get!
To say, Logan isn't great; he's old and bitter, like me when I have blue balls for a month. ... Okay, porn doesn't help, as he's not himself as the trailer said. Professor Xavier isn't like his old self either; again, he's old, but needs meds or else bad s**t happens. And finally, we have Laura, or as many of you comic book fans know her as X-23. You know, this gal.
Okay, she's not a sexy woman, but she's a little girl, and don't be fooled by her looks! She's as badass as she is in this movie! And trust me, her claws are put to use!
Now, if you're wondering, this isn't a movie where you can laugh through like mine. Sure, there are a few laughs sprinkled in, but it's mostly a dramatic action film that made me bawl hard! Yeah, I said it: I cried like a little b***h! It was a great movie! Pretty much close to a live action Last of us movie that isn't a a s****y videogame movie!
I only have one major complaint... WHERE WAS I!?!?!? I should've been there! Oh, and don't bother with the end credits, because there isn't one! You could've had me there... perhaps with Laura tackling me and stabbing me over and over.... but, I digress. Even without me, go and watch it! Support it like you did with my movie! Prove to Hollywood that PG-13 movies aren't the only profitable thing around! Make the Rated R movies as marketable as M-Rated videogames!
Rip albino guy
I really enjoyed the Logan movie and Lauren's character. Lauren probably the most bad ass female character, second only Samus Aran.
Actually Mr. Pool, in the version of the movie I saw, you were in the movie. In the beginning, you tried to save that homeless man from getting shot, but failed due to you going all Superman and being damn near slow about it too! I get that the bodies pile up and it can be hard to remember them, but dammit come on!!!!
That movie gave me a bit of a conundrum on how it ended. I mean, what about the movie The Wolverine? That was set more in the future of Logen, right? How is he there on that movie? I will not expand on that so not to give spoilers. Great movie
