Just something.
I was going over You Shall Go To The Gala and I realised that Spoiled Rich seemed supportive of Countess Magnifying Glass striking Derpy with a crop and dragging her out of the Gala.
But recently, I've added that she now sees the Countess and her daughters as scum for what they did, reacting violently towards their attempts to curry favour with the Riches.
Let me clarify.
Spoiled Rich and several other nobles of note were led to believe Derpy had indeed stolen the dress she was wearing and had crashed the Gala uninvited as the Countess had declared, something they take very seriously (I mean, look at how beastly they are to the Mane 6 in The Best Night Ever).
After the truth came out, many of them sought to make amends, Spoiled Rich especially. Mostly down to the fact that what she'd said and done had peeved the Princess and the Chairstallion to no end but part of her does feel genuine guilt for her actions and disgust for those of the Countess.
Stuck-up, disparaging snob of a mare she may be, at least she more or less cares for her daughter's well-being. What the Countess had done to a member of her own family, out of no better cause than spite and malice, appals her.
But as I said, you know you really suck when Spoiled Rich is disgusted by you.
Why demonise characters when creating your own demons is so much more fun? 
I can imagine that she has Standards. Could never imagine she would beat her own daughter. Sometimes, even the most evil guy has Standards
